How to Reach Us

From Fiumicino Airport
The international Leonardo da Vinci airport in Fiumicino is approximately 30 kms from the city center.

  • Taxiservices from the airport to the center cost from 45 euro. The taxi stand is outside the terminal and it is advisable to take a taxi here so as not to be picked up by an unauthorized driver.
  • The airport train takes you to the main Roma Termini railway station and leaves every 30 minutes.
  • When requested in advance the Hotel Nazionale can reserve a Limousine Service from the airport to the Hotel (cost: 65 euro).
  • Major Rental Car services are located  in the airport’s Terminal C car park.


    From Ciampino Airport
    The  Pastine Airport at Ciampino, the city airport of the capital, is approximately 18 kms from the center and has both rental car and taxi services (cost: approximately 35 euro to the hotel).


    From  Termini Station

    Termini, Rome's main railway station, is approximately 3 kms from the hotel. (15 minutes by car) To get to the Hotel by taxi, the rate is approximately 15 euro.


    By car
    The Hotel Nazionale is in a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). For those arriving by car, it is advisable to contact the hotel's reception for information on how to access the zone and parking.

    Coming from the North (A1 motorway  from Florence):
    Take the  ROMA NORD (24 km) link road onto the Grande Raccordo Anulare in the direction of Aurelia (1.3 kms). Exit at  FLAMINIA and continue on the VIA FLAMINIA following the signs  for Roma Centro.
    Coming from the South (A1 motorway from Naples):
    From the A1 motorway, approximately 20.9 kms from Rome, go past the Valmontone exit and follow in the direction of the A24 (about 14 kms). Take the A24 (for 20 kms) and go in the direction of Roma Centro. Take the TANGENZIALE EST and follow the signs for Roma Centro.

    Coming from the East:
    This route is identical of that coming from the South (A24 and so on)

    Leaving from the Hotel
    When you have to  leave the Hotel you can reserve a limousine at  Reception; the cost is 55 euro for transfers to the airport with a maximum of 4 passengers. The limousine can also be reserved for transfers from the airport to the hotel at a cost of 65 euro.
