Eating in dinner hours
In evening hours, Donatello Bistrot Bar opens for Hotel Nazionale's guests and offers a simple but tasty dinner or a fast snack to be enjoyed in an elegant and welcoming atmosphere.
PREVENTION AND PROTECTION
The Hotel Nazionale Staff has received an adequate training to comply with the new hygiene and disinfection guidelines.
Hand sanitizing gel dispensers has beeen placed in various areas of the Hotel.
In hotel’s public areas it is currently required to wear a face mask.
Upon arrival, body temperature of all guests will be measured with infrared thermometers. In case of temperature≥ 37,5° access to the Hotel may be denied.
NEW CHECK-IN TIME
The delivery of the rooms will take place from 15.00 onwards.
The check in time has been postponed in order to allow our Staff to clean and sanitize each room even more thoroughly on a daily basis.
To guarantee a safe hotel for your stay, we perform the sanitation protocols.issued by WHO and ISS (the italian center of research and scientific advice on Public Health).
Each room is cleaned daily with selected sanitizing products.
Upon departure of each guest, the room is sanitized and ventilated. Particular attention is given to all areas which are often in contact with the hands such as tv remote control, mini bar, handles and switches. The same attention is paid to the treatment of the air conditioning system filters.
The linen is treated with careful washing, packaging and antibacterial transport processes.
A NEW STYLE BREAKFAST
In this period, Breakfast and Bar Donatello areas and service , may temporarily differ from what is shown in the specific section of our site.
Breakfast room has been rearranged in order to let you enjoy breakfast time in complete freedom and safety.
All tables are spaced at least 1 meter apart.
At the breakfast room entrance our Staff, will provide all guests, instructions and suggestions.
Currently buffets are not allowed, but our attendants will accommodate your requests at your table choosing from coffee, tea, cappuccino, croissants, cake of the day, jams, yogurt, fruit juices.
