- How can I cancel/modify an existing reservation?

- At what time is the breakfast served?
Breakfast is served from every day from 07.00 am, to 10.00 am.
- How much does the breakfast cost?
Breakfast, when not included in the room rate, can be purchased separately. The cost is 10€ per person. Breakfast is free for children from 0 to 2 years old; from 3 to 10 years old the cost is 6€ per child.
- Is there a parking service available?
The Hotel does not have its own parking; however, a Valet Parking service is available. This service has a fee and is subject to availability.
- Is it possible to book a private transfer from/to the airport?
Upon request, we can book a private transfer from the airport at the cost of 65,00 euro (up to 2 passengers). The private transfer from the Hotel to the airport costs 55 euro (up to 2 passengers). The service provided, adopts all the anti-COVID19 procedures.
- How many rooms does the Hotel Nazionale have?
The Hotel Nazionale has 103 rooms : Classic/ Superior/Executive rooms and the DOLCE VITA Suite.
- Does the Hotel have interconnecting rooms?
The hotel has a small number of interconnecting rooms; we kindly advise to request them in advance, during the booking.
- What time is check in / check out?
Check in time is from 2pm, however, if you arrive early and your room is not ready, you can leave your bags in our luggage room. Check-out time is by 12 noon.
- Is there a luggage room available?
Yes, we have a luggage room available to store your bags.
- What time is Reception open until?
The Reception is open 24 hours a day.
- How to get to the Hotel?
From Fiumicino Airport: Taxi service from the airport to the city center costs around 48 euros.
The Leonardo Express train, inside the airport, leaves every 30 minutes and takes 30 minutes to arrive at Rome Termini central station (ticket 14 euro).
From Termini railway central station, you can take a taxi (approx. 15 euro) or bus no. 85 (1,5 euro per person).
A taxi from Ciampino Airport to the city center costs 35 euro.
Upon request, we can provide to book Limousine service from/to the airport; the cost - up to 2 passengers- is 65 euros. The fare from the Hotel to the airport is 55 euro (up to 2 passengers).
- Which are the prevention and protection measures adopted by the hotel?
The Hotel Nazionale Staff has received an adequate training to comply with the new hygiene and disinfection guidelines. Hand sanitizing gel dispensers has been placed in various areas of the Hotel. At the Reception desks are we have placed glass screens.
Inside the hotel it is currently no more required to wear a face mask.
Upon arrival, body temperature may be measured with infrared thermometers. In case of temperature≥ 37,5° access to the Hotel may be denied.
To guarantee a safe hotel for your stay, we perform the sanitation protocols issued by WHO and ISS (the Italian center of research and scientific advice on Public Health). Each room is cleaned daily with selected sanitizing products.
Upon departure of each guest, the room is sanitized and ventilated. Particular attention is given to all areas which are often in contact with the hands such as tv remote control, mini bar, handles and switches. The same attention is paid to the treatment of the air conditioning system filters.
The linen is treated with careful washing, packaging, and antibacterial transport processes.
- Are pets allowed?

- Do you have cot/cribs available?
Yes, for children up to 2 years a cot can be added to your room free of charge. Since the availability of cots is limited, we advise to request one at the time of booking.
- Does the Hotel have a Concierge service?
The Concierge service is available to help you plan your stay and make it more comfortable: general information, bookings for museums, tours, restaurants, theatres, car rental with or without a driver, bicycle hire, babysitting, and many other services can be arranged upon request. - Is there a safe in the rooms?
All rooms have an electronic safe installed which is safeguarded by a numerical code.
- Is a baby-sitting service available?
Babysitting is available upon request.
- Do you have special menu for coeliac?
Yes, we offer gluten free products for breakfast upon request.
- Can we connect to Wi-Fi?
Yes, you can take advantage of free wi-fi in the rooms and in common areas. You need to enter the password provided by the hotel.
- Are no smoking rooms available?
Yes we do have no smoking rooms. We kindly ask you to specify the request for a no smoking rooms during the booking.
- Is there an iron in the room?
For safety reasons, it is not allowed to use the iron in the hotel rooms, but your clothes can be ironed for a fee by our staff or alternatively, a small ironing room is avavilable for our guests.
- Do the rooms have a whirlpool bath?
Only a small number of Superior and Executive rooms have a whirlpool bath. Please make the request for the whirlpool bath in advance when booking.
